The CCB opened its doors almost one year ago, in June 2022, and this webinar is designed to provide the foundation for bringing or responding to a claim before the CCB, including:
- The purpose and features of the CCB;
- The steps of a CCB proceeding;
- Preparing a claim for the CCB;
- Responding to a claim; and,
- Resources supporting CCB participants.
